Salary:
Up to £39,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Bonus + £5.5k Car Allowance

As a Branch Manager based in Hull (HU5 4JF) you’ll be responsible for:

Leading, developing and inspiring the branch team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Setting and communicating clear targets to the branch team, ensuring effective processes are in place to achieve and exceed targets in this busy contract branch.

Oversee all day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Proactive in coaching the team and ensure staff development is a priority within the branch.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:

Previous experience in a Management role

Industry experience – Trade / Plumbing and Heating would be ideal

Strong background in sales
-
Proven ability to engage, coach, and develop a team.

Persistence and a proactive approach towards driving opportunities and implementing processes
