Specific Duties:-
Monitor customer service levels and ensure an exemplary service is given by the internal sales team
Ensure team motivation is maintained and promote effective teamwork
Monitor all inbound sales calls and emails, distributing to the sales team in a timely manner and ensure a fair rotation on the call cycle is maintained alongside other work tasks
Drive sales internally as well as keeping excellent communication between business functions.
Ensure a series of monthly task checks are performed by the internal team and monitor completion
Drive KPI’s and report on performance figures including credit notes and call performance
Assist with the recruitment process of potential new internal sales positions
Complete a monthly review with each staff member with a review of random telephone recordings to confirm that agreed standard is being maintained. Record outcome and re-train staff as necessary.

Generate own quotations on system in accordance with the Sales Office SAP Training Manual.

Produce and send order confirmations and check for receipt of acknowledgement from customer.

Liaise with Procurement Manager regarding outstanding orders.

Place order requests for orders taken from customers with our Procurement Manager.

Act on information given by the Procurement Manager to fulfill those orders on “awaiting stocks” when stock arrives in.

Complete paperwork for own credit notes and pass to accounts for raising computerized credit notes and arrange collection of Goods to be returned.

Log customer complaints onto SAP / forward to QA department for evaluation

Monitor and enforce all Health and Safety systems and policies.
