This role is a fantastic opportunity to start working for a prestigious, busy manufacturer in the Cornwall area with an incredible reputation. Broad learning opportunities and career progression pathways and movement within the company.
Role & Responsibilities:
Visiting customer sites to discuss sizing & measurements of products.
Ensuring company compliance and quality.
Compiling quotations for customers and their requirements.
Determining affordability/feasibility of production.
Resolving manufacturing issues.
Preparing pre-machining drawings (AutoCAD).
Ensuring continuous improvement (cost & efficiencies).
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Apprenticeship/NVQ level 3 in Engineering.
Experience reading, interpreting and creating engineering drawings.
Experience within fabrication/sheet metal industries/products.
Experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
