Henderson Brown is exclusively supporting our client in the recruitment of a Learning and Engagement Facilitator. Working within the collaborative L&D team, this role is responsible for the delivery of learning and development models across the business which form a vital part of the businesses strategic L&D strategy.
Duties include:
Design and develop training courses and materials
Collaborate with the wider global teams to align development modules, upskill teams, and meet strategic goals.
Facilitate leadership and learning programs for diverse audiences with varied skill levels.
Assist in building and maintaining LMS systems.
Work with key stakeholders to improve learning programs.
Provide leadership training consultancy, coaching, and feedback at team and individual levels.
Stay updated on leadership development trends and best practices.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Implement innovative design principles for leadership and learning solutions.
Support the employee forum development with managers
Lead the engagement agenda to maintain high engagement levels.
Organise annual site events for team-building experiences.
What are we looking for?
Relevant experience in designing, implementing and delivering effective training programmes.
Strong understanding of adult learning methods and techniques.
Ability to engage, motivate, and develop employees
Proven capability to plan and deliver tasks on time while managing and prioritising multiple objectives.
Skilled in setting performance outcomes, measuring progress, and communicating achievements.
Excellent communication skills.
