We have an exciting opportunity for a Secretary based in Milton Keynes to join one of clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client has an excellent reputation and are one of the top 40 accountancy practices in the UK. They are looking for an experienced secretary to join their team, providing secretarial support to partners.
Responsibilities of the Secretary
Coordinate annual tax enquiry, investigation insurance policy renewal and invitations.
Diary management.
Draft correspondence from templates.
Filing of confirmation statements and accounts and billing.
Scanning and franking of all outgoing posts.
Preparing Excel workbooks.
Prepare Partner reports.
CRM reporting and updating.
Requirements for a successful Secretary
Previous Secretarial and Administration experience.
Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience working within a Practice.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
