Sales Administration Manager
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon
Salary Range: £28,000 - £35,000
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
Are you a highly organised, proactive professional with a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced, product-oriented environment? Our client is seeking a dynamic Sales Administration Manager to join them in Stratford-upon-Avon. This is a hands-on role, requiring a confident self-starter with strong administration skills and experience in Sage 50 (or similar).
Key Duties

Handle incoming calls and sales inquiries

Process orders and invoices on Sage 50

Arrange deliveries/collections with hauliers

Address transportation issues

Produce invoices, handle payments, and manage credit control on Sage 50

Maintain accurate stock records

Oversee office staff as the team expands

Ensure health and safety standards

Prepare policies, letters, and reports

Follow up on sales quotations

Maintain databases

Create sales flyers
Key Requirements

Minimum 5 years of high-level office experience

Proficiency in Sage 50 or similar accounting software

Excellent PC skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM systems

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

High attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Proactive, assertive, able to work independently
