Internal Sales Executive – Construction

£25,000 per annum + annual bonus
Role Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients & architects, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their bespoke carpentry & street furniture requirements. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on their product range.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to order completion, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products.

Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the company.

Keep up to date with industry trends and developments to provide the best possible service and advice to customers.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within a related industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand and explain technical product details.

Results-driven with a proactive approach to meeting sales targets.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
