Part time Administrator
Macclesfield
£16 per hr 3 days per week
Our client is seeking a part time Administrator to work three days per week (hours and times to suit candidate). Candidates will need to have a good working knowledge of MS Office and Sage.
This is a varied role covering administration, finance and client liaison.
Finance:
- Process and manage invoices for both accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain accurate financial records using Sage
Customer Service:
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls
- Handle inquiries professionally and direct calls to appropriate departments
- Manage general company email inbox
Office Administration:
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Organise and maintain file systems, both digital and physical
Skills:
Strong administration background
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal
Problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a dynamic environment
