We are looking for a Sales Consultant for a leading provider of self-storage solutions that are committed to offering convenient, secure, and flexible storage options for individuals and businesses. The ideal candidate would be a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant. They will be a key member of the team and will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their storage needs and promoting our services.
Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Interact with potential customers in-person, over the phone, or through digital channels to understand their storage requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting the storage services, upselling additional features, and closing deals.

Property Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the storage facility, ensuring cleanliness, security, and overall customer satisfaction.

Leasing and Documentation: Assist customers with the leasing process, explain terms and conditions, and accurately complete all necessary paperwork.
