Elevation Recruitment Group is looking to recruit a Technical Compliance Manager for a market-leading food manufacturer to join their facility near Selby.
Our client is dedicated to producing high-quality products and prides themselves on ensuring the highest standards of food safety and regulatory compliance.
The Technical Compliance Manager will collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure the continuing success of quality, safety, and compliance of the company's facilities, products, and operational practices.
Duties of the Technical Compliance Manager will include:
Oversee all aspects of quality throughout the production process
Conduct internal / facilitating external audits and inspections
Develop and overseeing protocols for handling customer complaints
Lead new product development initiatives
Ensure regulatory compliance with relevant food safety regulations and retailer requirements for new product formulations.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve food safety programs and policies
Identify areas for improvement in processes, procedures, and product quality
We would be keen to speak with Technical Compliance Manager with the following:
Previous technical compliance role within the food industry
In-depth knowledge and experience with BRC standards and food safety management systems
Strong understanding and practical application of HACCP principles
Leadership skills - this is a stand alone position however you must have the ability to influence, lead and train others.
