Administrator / Front of House - Prime Residential
My client are a Privately Owned Main Contractor who have been established for over 15 years, based in SW London.
Their projects consist mostly of prime residential refurbishments of single dwellings and luxury apartments for exclusive clients. Typical contract values range from c. £500k to £8m, and include basement digs, refurbishments, and full fit outs.
My client have an established presence in some of the most affluent areas in London, including Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Belgravia, and have built a solid reputation for delivering a quality product.
They carry a large number of their own internal trades, subcontracting out specialist items such as M&E.
Due to an exciting increase in workload and a period of expansion, my client are currently seeking an Administrator to join their team in London.
With almost no staff turnover, my client are proven to be a great employer who are passionate about their staff.
Successful candidates will undertake typical administrative duties, including answering the phone, placing orders, diary management, and arranging maintenance call outs.
The successful candidate will have great interpersonal and organisational skills, as well as stable careers. Experience working for a construction business is preferred, however not essential.
