Pay Range/details: £21,000, £40,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission)
Contract Type: Permanent full time.

Key Responsibilities – Sales Consultant
Meet and greet customers who visit the dealership
Create relationships with current and prospective customers, identifying and truly understanding their individual needs
Build and use the knowledge you have of the world-class Nissan brand to satisfy customer enquiries
Prospect existing and potential customers, you will never be struggling for leads!
Utilise your existing negotiating and selling skills to convert leads into profitable sales while complying with FCA procedures
Ensure your customers are kept up to date every step of the way through their journey with us, from initial contact and placing an order, to handover and continued satisfaction after they drive away
Seek opportunities to upsell, while remaining realistic
Strive to exceed sales targets (commission is uncapped!)
Stay up to date with all the latest product releases from Nissan, one of the most popular car manufacturers in the world
Receive top-class manufacturer training from Nissan
Support others around the business by performing to the best of your ability

Qualifications & Requirements –Sales Consultant
Full UK driving licence with less than 6 penalty points
A desire to provide exceptional customer experiences
The ability to learn and use specialist computer-based systems
Driven to exceed performance and target expectations
Has a proven record of exceeding sales targets within the retail vehicle sector
Is positive, punctual, presentable, hardworking, flexible, and driven
Sees and maximises sales opportunities based on each customer’s individual requirements
Will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excels in customer service – you always go above and beyond to make people happy
Can manage their own busy workload as well as performing as part of a tight-knit tea
Thrives and remains calm under pressure, whilst meeting deadlines
