They are seeking an Experienced Service Team Leader to join and support the work of their Aftersales department. This is a crucial role to the success of the business and you will also be looking after two other members of staff in your role as a Service Team Leader.

28 days holiday + bank holidaysThis is an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Service Team Leader / Senior Service Advisor to join a company that is committed to ensuring their staff enjoy their working day. They reward highly and put their employees at the forefront of all they do.
Within this Service Team Leader / Senior Service Advisor role your typical duties will include:
Dealing directly with customers
Liaising with the Technicians and Workshop Controller to provide a great customer service
Responding to customer requests and concerns
Tracking the vehicle through the workshop updating the customer at all times and scheduling services
Mentor, coach and lead by example to existing members of staff in your service team We would love to hear from experienced Service Team Leaders, be that those fresh to the trade or those who have started their progression journey to Senior Service Advisor. What's important to our client is the ability and want to provide exceptional customer service skills whilst being proactive while working in the Aftersales department.
