As the HR Manager, you'll be vital in managing the Human resources function for the business ensuring effective management of the full HR function under supervision of the Finance Director. The role will be managing & developing all HR policies and procedures working in partnership with all teams & management to ensure compliance.
We are looking for experienced HR Managers/HR Professionals that are self-motivated, adaptable and driven by excellence & high standards.

About the role
Based in the lovely office in Preston, you will be tasked with:
Build and maintain excellent working relationships with managers and employees in order to proactively support on all human resources requirements
Supporting line managers in the delivery of effective people management to ensure a productive, motivated, and committed workforce is in place to deliver the organisation's strategy.
Development & implementation of HR polices, procedures and rewards - rolling out across the business providing coaching as and when required.
Accountable for compliance audits, ensuring all standards are maintained company wide
Undertake business specific project work including research, proposals, negotiation, implementation, and monitoring of outcomes.
About you
The ideal candidate for this position will:
CIPD Level 5 qualified (minimum)
Previous experience of managing a Human Resources team
Experience within a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated understanding of personalities and behavioural styles to work collaboratively across the organisation
Exposure to TUPE and confident in handling TUPE situations.
Commercial acumen
What's on offer
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (may be negotiable for highly experienced candidate)
