We are delighted to assist our highly valued Client with their recruitment for an experienced HR Administrator to join their HR team of three.
The main purpose of the role is to provide an efficient HR administrative service to the business across the full range of HR work.
As an HR Administrator your main responsibilities will be:
First point of contact for enquiries
Provide a fair and consistent advice to line manager and employees
Responsible for HR recruitment cycle include issuing offer letters, contracts and new starter packs
Supporting and communicating to Payroll, HSEQ and IT departments regarding new starters for the provisions and allocation of PPE company equipment
Undertake proof of right to work checks
Process starters and leavers
Skills and experience required:
Previous HR administration experience
IT literate in using Word, Mail merge, Excel spreadsheets, Outlook and PowerPoint
Attention to detail
Team player
Good communication and written skills
Ability to meet deadlines
*Able to prioritise tasks and manage workload
Hours/Salary and Benefits:
Monday to Friday 37 hours per week, full time working onsite
Salary £26,000 - £27,000
