Support Worker - Supported Housing
Salary: £24,500 per year - shifts 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday - no weekends or sleep-ins!
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

The Role:
As a Supported Housing Support Worker, your role is to provide person-centred, high-quality support and housing management to single homeless clients with low to medium-level needs. Your objective is to assist clients in achieving sustainable progress towards greater independence within specified timeframes.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage referrals into the service following the assessment process.
Implement and monitor client support plans and risk assessments.
Ensure all safeguarding procedures and service policies are adhered to.
Provide advice, information, and enable clients to access appropriate services.
Maintain day-to-day health and safety and safe operation of the service, including liaison with external contractors.Qualifications / Requirements:
Experience working with vulnerable adults and/or people with complex needs.
Ability to build effective relationships with clients and services to develop pathways for positive change.
A valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle is required, with business insurance for roles involving travel.
