Training Expert - Banbury - £45 - £50k
10% bonus potential, 27 days holiday, double pension contribution (5% ee, 10% er = 15% total is the best set up)
The Training Expert will be responsible for providing comprehensive internal training. This role emphasizes hands-on technical training, along with planning and organizing both internal and external training requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct hands-on, one-to-one, and group training sessions to a high standard, utilizing a train-the-trainer approach when necessary.
Lead by example, fostering a culture of engagement, excellence, and capability development.
Manage the plant's competency plan, including the competency matrix and gap reduction, monitoring KPIs.
Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement Manager and HR Business Partner to develop and implement a standardized competency management system.
Benchmark with internal and external Training Experts to adopt best practices.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
Expertise in training, coaching, and assessment methodologies.
Experience managing vocational competency management.
Demonstrated ability to manage change effectively.
Excellent planning and prioritization skills.
Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
