Your new role
-
Answer incoming calls, emails, and enquiries from clients in a professional and courteous manner.

Log, prioritise, and track all service requests.

Planning, schedueling, invoicingm raising PO's, organsing annual leave requests.

Troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues related to FM services (e.g., lighting, heating, IT connectivity)..

Update clients on the progress of their enquiries and ensure timely resolution.

Provide general information about our FM services and answer client questions.

Assist with preventative maintenance scheduling and track completion.
