ACCOUNT MANAGER
FINANCIAL MARKETS
Mark Allen is a growing media organisation, with 550 individuals across 7 offices and we are looking for an Account Manager to play a crucial role in providing media advertising solutions to asset managers and media agencies in our existing network, while also uncovering new business opportunities
This is a hybrid role, 3 days in our Herne Hill office, with a starting salary of circa £35,000 DOE) plus circa £15,000 OTE and benefits. We will provide on-the-job training where required so you feel fully supported.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage with senior decision-makers from the asset management industry and media agencies through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and emails.

Retain and expand advertising revenue within a named list of accounts.

Drive new business revenue from prospects outside the named accounts and identify opportunities to upsell additional product lines.

Oversee the entire sales process from opportunity identification to closing deals, ensuring accurate forecasting and account planning.

Collaborate with commercial, marketing, production, delivery, and editorial teams to create bespoke marketing solutions for client objectives.

Meet and exceed defined targets in this quota-carrying role.

Sell a range of products, including multimedia advertising solutions across print, digital, audio, and video; bespoke content creation programs; and custom research.
Proven ability in selling creative solutions to your markets, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in person and virtually, confidence in networking and building lasting relationships with senior decision-makers, and an understanding of financial markets and investments are a plus.
