Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum, plus bonus scheme

As a key member of the Sales Department, you will play a crucial role in expanding the client base and promoting a range of cutting-edge security solutions across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate new sales leads, converting them into profitable installations.

Conduct site surveys, prepare accurate job costings, and create comprehensive quotations.

Collaborate closely with the installation department to ensure smooth project execution.

Provide regular business forecasts to senior management.

Develop and nurture strong business relationships with clients.

Maintain meticulous records using the client’s CRM system for effective reporting and analysis.

Uphold a commitment to customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Person Specification:

Essential experience in surveying and selling Automatic Gates and Barriers.

Proven track record in front-line sales with a focus on achieving high conversion rates.

Strong knowledge of security product ranges.

Outstanding communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.

Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets.

Professional demeanor with a keen attention to detail.

Full clean driving license required.
