Job description:
To provide prompt and consistant information to direct the caller to the correct support to meet their needs.
Main Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will respond to telephone, written and digital communications, including online chat and self assessment tools.
Listen effectively to what the person requires and quickly identify where they can get the appropraite support.
Be passionate about helping people and commited to providing excellent customer service.
Preapred to handle a high number of inbound and outbound calls.
Essential Requirements:
DBS
Contact centre experience
ICT experience
Excellent listening skills
