Contract Scotland has a great opportunity for a temporary part-time Bookkeeper to work with our client based in Auchertarder - Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 9 am - 1 pm, would be the preferred working hours.
This is an office-based position where you will work closely with the directors of this small family-run business.
This role would enable you to work autonomously, reporting directly to Directors.
Your duties will include:
Processing and managing all ledger accounts
Reconciling invoices and dealing with any discrepancies
Assisting with the preparation of all financial reports and statements
Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions
Working collaboratively with the finance team to ensure all processes and procedures are adhered to
Assisting with month-end
Tracking and processing all expense claims and dealing with any queries relating to this
Ideally, you would have 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper.
