International Client Services Manager - London/Hybrid
Austin Fraser is currently recruiting on behalf of global and innovative organisation in London. They have established themselves as a significant player in the financial services industry and are known for their strong customer focus.
They are now looking for an experienced International Client Services Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, defining the strategy and leading a small team. Furthermore, you will work closely with various departments to ensure the highest level of service delivery. Please not this is an operational client facing role.

Requirements:
8+ years of experience in a client services, account management, or a related role.
A successful track record in developing and implementing strategies to enhance service delivery.
Proven experience in managing a high performing team and mentoring more junior team members.
Must have extensive knowledge of the payments ecosystem, more specifically the travel industry payments ecosystem.
