Role Overview:
They are seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Advisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across our diverse range of projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to high-profile projects and drive continuous improvement in our safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures in line with industry regulations and company standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
Provide expert advice and support on all HSE matters to project teams and management.
Lead and participate in incident investigations, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Deliver HSE training and awareness programs to employees and contractors.
Prepare and present detailed HSE reports to management.
Collaborate with project teams to develop risk assessments and method statements.
Ensure effective communication of HSE information across all levels of the organization.Requirements:
NEBOSH certification is essential.
Proven experience in an HSE role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel extensively across the UK.
Midlands-based candidates will be at an advantage.What We Offer:
