Two new Nurseries opening attached to Leading Trust of Schools focused on Pupil Progression rather than profit are looking for a Lead Teacher/Nursery Manager! This is a teaching Nursery Manager role looking for a child focused Nursery Manager who would like to work shorter shifts to the standard private sector settings and work on child focused outcomes over Corporate targets!
Shifts: 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 per annum (negotiable)

Requirements for Nursery Manager
Knowledge, Skills and Experience

An exceptional early years teacher

Experience and knowledge of early child development

Sound knowledge of the legislation and guidelines of the EYFS and an excellent understanding of pedagogy, curriculum, and assessment

Effective and systematic behaviour management

Be or demonstrate the potential to become an outstanding leader
