Are you ready to shine as a Team Leader? Join our Hull-based night shift team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support. As a Team Leader, you will guide and inspire Support Workers, ensuring our service users receive the best person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Supervise:
Mentor and manage a dedicated team of Support Workers.
Spearhead recruitment, training, and team development initiatives.
Engage Stakeholders:
Build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.
Represent the organization at external meetings and events, enhancing our reputation.
Drive Operational Excellence:
Oversee medication management, staff scheduling, and financial controls.
Maintain resources in top condition and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Advocate for Service Users:
Empower service users to make choices and achieve their goals.
Assist them in accessing community resources and maintaining their support networks.
Ensure Quality & Compliance:
Lead quality audits and uphold health and safety standards.
Keep support plans and risk assessments up-to-date.

Essential Qualifications:
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
Previous experience in a care setting.
Knowledge of care standards, health and safety, and food hygiene regulations.
Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and prioritize workload effectively.
Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude.
Additional Desired Skills:
Experience in managing and administering medication.
Skill in rota planning and staff scheduling.
Proven leadership abilities, including managing and developing staff through formal supervisions.
