We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the construction of a 3-level multi-storey car park in Preston. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the entire construction process of the 3-level multi-storey car park project.

Following program and budget

Liaising with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.

Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues or delays.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the construction process.

Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed on project milestones and challenges.
Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with experience managing multi-storey car parks.

Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.

Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team of professionals.

Ability to develop and execute project plans, adhering to budget and timeline constraints.

Previous experience with 3-level multi-storey car park construction projects is highly desirable.
Requirements:
