Role Overview: They are looking for an experienced Tech Coordinator to manage and oversee all technology-related activities within their company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of technology solutions that support their business operations, enhance their building processes, and improve their customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.

Manage software and hardware installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to integrate technology solutions into the construction process.

Ensure the security and integrity of company data and IT systems.

Provide technical support and training to staff, ensuring they are proficient in using our technology tools and systems.

Develop and implement IT policies and best practices to support the company’s objectives.

Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure effective and timely delivery of technology services.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Tech Coordinator, IT Manager, or similar role, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.

Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.

Proficient in project management and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

Knowledge of construction-related software (e.g., CAD, BIM) is a plus.
