Our client, a premier provider of digital signage and audio-visual solutions, is seeking a dedicated Sales Support Executive to join their dynamic team. The company specializes in delivering high-quality digital signage, digital menu boards, and electronic signage across various sectors, including retail, healthcare, catering, defense, and corporate environments.
Position Overview
The Sales Support Executive will support the Managing Director by handling bid and tender responses and performing all sales administration duties. This role involves preparing quotes, managing sales information in Salesforce, invoicing clients through Xero, handling logistics, and overseeing equipment delivery to sites. The ideal candidate will also liaise with hardware and software manufacturing partners to ensure project orders are in place.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Managing Director with bid and tender responses, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Prepare and draw up quotes for clients, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Enter and manage sales information within the Salesforce system.
Invoice clients using Xero, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
Handle logistics, including coordinating the delivery and arrival of equipment to project sites.
Liaise with hardware and software manufacturing partners to ensure orders are correctly placed and fulfilled on time.
Oversee the entire equipment delivery process to ensure projects run smoothly.
Provide general administrative support to the sales team and other departments as needed. Required Experience and Skills:
Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the AV or technology sector.
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Xero accounting software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage logistics effectively. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with bid and tender processes.
