Salary - £30,000 to £40,000 base salary (dependent on experience)
Department – Technology
Location – Maidenhead
Hours of work – Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:15pm
Hybrid – Friday work from home

Your job as a Senior Consultant
As Senior Consultant, you’ll be responsible for sourcing new business, landing and expanding on existing client relationships and attracting marketing leading candidates and matching them to both temporary and permanent positions. You’ll work with clients on a Consultative basis, building relationships to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements.
Main Duties & Key Tasks:
Lead from the front within the Technology team
Business Development of clients across the United Kingdom
Cross selling for other divisions
Expanding business relationships with current clients
Manage the full ‘Recruitment Lifecycle’
Offer guidance and support to junior Consultants
Bring new ideas to management team
Advertising and marketing of job vacancies
Taking candidate references
Scheduling interviews
Take full control of candidate and client negotiations
