We are looking for Receptionists to join out Front of House team.
To manage the reception desk at one of a variety of locations across the city campus. Ensuring that reception runs smoothly by attending to the needs of students, guests and staff in a professional manner.
Duties include:

Replying to all enquiries, whether in person or via post/email, promptly and efficiently.

Welcome all students, visitors, staff and tenants to the building, providing excellent customer service and complying with access and security procedures.

Answer all incoming calls including transferring or taking messages.

Deal with all student, staff, tenant and visitors queries and emails, providing information and signposting as necessary. Email or post out information as required.

Check, issue and set up student passes, spare staff passes and visitor access passes.

General reception admin tasks including; processing incoming and outgoing post and emails, logging student absence reporting, coordinating of ticketed events, taking payments.

Maintain reception area to a high standard, ensuring all deliveries are signed for and removed from reception promptly and the area is kept clean and tidy at all times.

Monitor all access to the building to ensure no unauthorised use of facilities and no unauthorised persons gain access.

Adhering to procedures for wearing lanyards.

Assist with Student Services team duties including calls/texts and administration support.

Be an initial point of contact for Student Services queries with the ability to give advice and support in most scenarios.

Reproduction services, photocopying, printing and scanning.

Main point of contact for first aid and security incidents.

Point of contact for alarms for disabled toilets and instigate help and support.

Reporting building faults as per internal procedures.

Lost property management.
-
Any other duties as deemed necessary to fulfil the post.
