Offering a pay rate starting at £55k to £60k but this is negotiable depending on experience/the candidate.
Job Description:
As a Quality Manager, your main role will be to reduce quality spend and will be incentivised to do so. There will be an opportunity to progress into the senior leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Lead and mentor the quality assurance and quality control teams.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Analyse quality data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvement projects.
Maintain and update documentation related to quality processes and procedures.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing quality-related concerns and implementing solutions.
