About the Role:
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Permit Coordinator to join our team in Farnborough, working on a state-of-the-art data centre project. As a Permit Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all necessary permits are obtained and maintained, coordinating with various teams to guarantee compliance and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the application and renewal of all necessary permits and licences.
Liaise with local authorities, contractors, and internal teams to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of all permits and related documentation.
Provide regular updates and reports to project managers and stakeholders.
Address any issues or delays in the permitting process promptly.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the data centre or construction industry.
Strong understanding of permit regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
