Location: Fareham
Salary: £30,000 + Commission
We're Carbon60 Project Services and with 40 years of experience behind us, we're experts in providing specialist technical services to the aviation and defence industries.
We have the experience and expertise to design and deliver engineering projects and services in aerospace and defence. Our diverse skill set allows us to engage with specialisms spanning from modifications and maintenance of aircrafts to security assurance of Naval systems. Our drive for problem solving has opened the door to multiple areas of the globe, and we are currently supporting projects across Europe, Australia and the Middle East.
The role
To support our continued growth, we are looking for an Aviation Recruiter to work in our Fareham office. We are looking for someone passionate not just about the aerospace industry, but also about providing an excellent service at the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a quality, highly engaging and consultative recruitment service to clients in-line with the requirements of the client and company
Prepare and facilitate the ongoing attraction, selection and recruitment of suitably skilled candidates, ensuring optimum levels of workers are available to meet the client needs
To be focused on achieving recruitment delivery in line with client KPI's and SLA's
Screen, interview, assess candidates in-line with the company and client standards where applicable, ensuring a detailed understanding of their job and career requirements
Proactively arrange interviews, ensuring full candidate and client briefing / de-briefing takes place with constructive feedback providedAbout you:
Excellent communication skills
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
Good understanding of industry and markets
Team player with a flexible and confident approach to work
Recruitment experience in either In-house or Agency
Experience in the Aviation or Aerospace manufacturing, production, maintenance or repairssectors would be deemed advantageous
