Forest Care Selection are currently working with a regional care provider, who deliver a variety of care and support services, to individuals with a disability, across the Surrey area. They have an exciting job opportunity for a Registered Manager, to work across 2 services based in the Horley, Surrey area, which supports adults with learning disabilities, Autism and challenging behaviour.
The Registered Manager in Horley, Surrey will:
Oversee 2 residential services in close proximity, ensuring their continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Oversee an established staff team and ensure appropriate supervisions and training and development is implemented to support the team.
Rota creation and management and creation of care plans.
Carry out regular audits for the 2 sites and be able to implement an improvement plan if required.
Oversee the budget and financial management of the services.The Registered Manager in Horley, Surrey will need:
Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
Experience or working within Learning Disability services.
Leadership experience within a Social Care setting.
