Key Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities:
Coordinate and arrange transportation for goods, liaising with carriers and ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery
Create and manage all shipping documentation to ensure smooth and efficient transport of goods
Handle export documentation, ensuring compliance with international regulations and standards
Raise purchase requisitions accurately and in a timely manner to maintain seamless operations
Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams and external partners to facilitate logistics processes
Address and resolve any issues that may arise in the logistics process, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
Logistics Coordinator Candidate Requirements:
Knowledge of shipping and export documentation would be beneficial
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
