Marketing Assistant
Are you a dynamic and motivated individual? Due to continued growth, we are looking to hire a Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is a full time, office-based position, working from our Head Office in Southport, Merseyside.
We are an award winning national training provider within the field of Health & Social Care, delivering face-to-face and virtual courses across the UK and Ireland. We offer a range of bespoke and structured training from our extensive portfolio that covers all major health and social care sectors. We also own a Care Home “SVL Care Home” which would need marketing assistance.
The necessary training will be provided for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating creative marketing campaigns and executing them across social media
- Consistently provide innovative ideas to the team on marketing strategy
- Tracking data and analysing post performances across social media to inform future marketing strategies
- Report to the whole team monthly in sales meetings with updates and next steps for the marketing team.
- Work confidently as an individual, but be able to adapt and work with the fast paced nature of the team.
- Taking part in discussions with our SEO company to ensure web pages are up to date and best suited to our company goals.
- Capturing content of team members and events we attend across the UK to be used on social media and in marketing campaigns.
- This role will also include travelling to venues to capture coverage of training and Speakers conferences which may include overnight stays from time to time.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Marketing experience preferable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to manage online platforms.
- Willingness to Learn.
- Open to continuous learning and professional development within the role.
