Hours of work – 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday-Thursday and 8.30am to 4.00pm on Friday with an hour unpaid break
Holiday - 31 days inclusive of bank holidays (they have a shutdown at Christmas, so holiday needs to be reserved for this)
After 2 years’ service, 2 extra days holiday are added. A further day of holiday is given for each subsequent 5 years of service up to a maximum of 36 days

Liaise with Quality department; ensure spreadsheets for all incoming machined components, including in-house machined products and outsourced machined components is updated and correct
Ensure all incoming certification from internal and external suppliers is logged and saved on the system accurately
Collate all applicable certification for customer builds, and the create certificate packs for supply with the product
Create purchase orders for all production related consumables
Create purchase orders for external suppliers such as anodising and plating with information taken from technical drawings
Complete stock adjustments and works instruction paperwork as required to correct stock levels or change part numbers as required arising from production activities. Complete bill of material updates arising from production changes
Mark up drawings with any changes or updates developing from production and submit to the Design manager
Carry out general administration duties, including filing, answer and redirect phone calls efficiently
Provide cover for other members of office staff during absence, holidays and when requested
Assist to maintain a reasonable standard of housekeeping Knowledge
