Growth Marketing Manager (B2B) - Peterborough
We are seeking a commercially-astute B2B marketing whizz to own the growth of a superb B2B agency, who offer hybrid working.
You will own new business pipeline and marketing activities. They agency have big growth targets in place, a new brand and new positioning, and they're looking for dedicated resource to be the gatekeeper for their content, their brand, their strategy and their campaigns.
Measured primarily on engagement and lead generation, this role is key to their growth. We’re looking for an experienced growth marketing manager with a background in B2B lead generation strategy and execution.
They're excited to expand their presence and marketing activity across paid media, SEO, content, video, email and social, and they need a mature, commercial, innovative marketer to own and deliver this.
Curious by nature, commercial at heart, and passionate by design, they will provide an environment and framework for the right candidate to craft innovative strategies, work with wider teams to deliver awesome campaigns, and drive the agency's growth.
The role will pull the right levers across social media, content, and email, and successfully bring acquisition and nurture together to deliver the best prospect experience possible.
You’ll own the fast-growing events strategy, including sector-specific networking, awards, conference exhibiting, and securing speaker slots. And who knows, perhaps even the agency's own events… webinars, video, podcasts – the world is your oyster!
In addition to driving leads via marketing activity, the role will also play a key role in qualifying opportunities and nurturing the lead (MQL) funnel.
This largely autonomous role is performance-based and will drive delivery across multiple KPIs. Internal reporting will be essential to the success of the role.
The Candidate
Required skills and experience:
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years working in a goal-driven B2B marketing environment, be familiar with having accountability for marketing budgets and performance, and be well-versed in working alongside sales resource. We’re looking for confidence, strategic thinking, a roll-your-sleeves up attitude, and a seamless fit into our team dynamic.
