Your new role

Working Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, working directly for a leading facilities management provider, across a commercial office building in Bristol.

Liasing with the client regularly, supporting contractors on-site, building checks / site walks, and ensuring any maintenance issues are escalated.

Building walk arounds and checks, identify and fault find any potential maintenance issues, liaise with the engineers, supporting with meeting room set-ups, checking in with suppliers (security, cleaning, pest control).
What you'll need to succeed
- You will need to have experience within Facilities Management, in a workplace coordinator / facilities assistant role or similiar.
