This is an exciting 3-6 month temporary position to support the wider HR team of our client based in Hull. The role will be in a fast-paced environment where you will be onsite 5 days a week.
THE ROLE:
The roles duties include:
Supporting the recruitment process through liaising with candidates and managers to arrange interviews, distribute job postings and keep the system updated throughout.
Assisting with the coordination of the Health Surveillance Programme.
Drafting contracts and job offers for new starters as part of the onboarding process.
General admin scanning and saving down documents as required onto employee files and absence reporting.
Helping to promote the company culture through supporting events and staff days.
THE CANDIDATE:
It would be advantageous to have previous HR experience however this is not essential. The candidate must be a highly skilled administrator, who is well organised and a fast learner.
