Our client is seeking a highly experienced customer service focused individual, with customer facing, client facing experience, and excellent administration and organisational skills, to join their Admissions team. This is a part time position working 3 days a week; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 8.30am - 5.00pm.
Duties:
Respond to initial enquiries, seeing on-boarding through to completion
Give site tours
First point of contact for international applications
Prepare and communicate through letter, email, and telephone
Offer guidance and support to potential and ongoing admission applications
Update CRM continually to support ongoing admissions
