Our client is a one of the UK’s largest national providers of line marking equipment, through products, machinery and equipment. Due to their continued expansion, they’re looking for an Internal Salesperson to help grow their business in Portsmouth and it's surrounding areas.
You will need to answer internal sales calls, produce quotes, process orders and manage Key Accounts that will be assigned to you. This is an exciting and varied role that involves sales and service that will reward consistent performance with its sales incentive scheme, plus genuine internal progression. We are looking for someone with a clear passion for customers, an energy to help the team around them, show us real leadership potential from the outset.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive & handle inbound calls, answer technical queries and deal with complaints.

Manage and look after set accounts within the business.

Outbound calling - Quote follow-ups for your brand sector

Process sales orders and telephone sales orders.

Prospecting new leads through multiple platforms

Level of understanding on the brand products, to recommend solutions

Receive and process customer quote requests and orders

Back-order management
-
Database and contact management on NetSuite ERP
-
Add returns on when required, for your brand sector

Price updates when required, for your brand sector
The ideal candidate:
-
Previous experience working within a Sales/Customer service role (telephone or face to face - ESSENTIAL)

Must have experience working with technical products

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
