HR Administrator
IMMEDIATE START
A large manufacturing company with multiple large-scale international operations is on the lookout for a HR Administrator looking to further their career in Human Resources.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Arranging interviews, updating tracking systems, produce paperwork, diary management.

Managing Time and Attendance System
-
Checking Rights to Work, GDPR compliance.

Onboarding activity, arranging Induction programmes for new starters taking up references and advising Finance & Payroll of new employee details.

Maintain and update HR Database.

Process leavers and arrange Exit Interviews.

Supporting the wider HR Team and Payroll with their administrative duties.
Knowledge and Experience:
-
CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) would be desirable.

Excellent communication skills written and verbal at all levels

Must be system driven, and comfortable to adapting to bespoke systems.

The ability to prioritise and organise own workload.

Relevant experience of working in a busy office environment
