Scope of the post:
To provide clients with a comprehensive range of expertise for all EPR related matters. Leading an out of country team to deliver on activities related to EPR Registrations and Filings.
Key Accountabilities:
· To provide consultancy and EPR advisory services at the highest standard
Assist clients, partners, and stakeholders on EPR issues.
Ensuring high quality of service delivery
· Mentoring and coaching team members from both a technical and commercial perspective
· Work alongside EPR programme lead to ensure team resources are allocated accordingly to deliver the best possible results.
· Filing EPR returns when necessary.
Solve problems and issues.
· Reminding clients proactively in terms of outstanding EPR returns.
· Managing client’s accounts in co-ordination with the Credit Control Department.
· Notifying clients when the account is due for payment and chasing them when the account is overdue. Inform clients of potential VAT/EPR penalties within all Countries.
· Training, supporting, and developing new members of the team.
· Collaborate with the team in a positive manner.
· Actively connecting with Managers and Directors to suggest any contributions to improve procedures.
· Travelling if required to events / training.
· Take lead on Automation development for EPR services, this includes the following responsibilities:
· Develop Specifications for the automation of EPR registration and reporting.
· Liaise with Software Department on new and existing specifications.
· Co-ordinate with EPR team members to gain feedback on automation put in place and new automation opportunities.
· Provide feedback to management on all automation put in place and planned and be able to evidence the improvement that it will create.

· Confident and with excellent communication skills for client interaction and engagement.
· Excellent verbal and writing skills.
· Organised and proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Works well in a small team as well as independently.
· Excellent multi-tasking ability.
