Find My Staff are recruiting a proactive trainee recruitment consultant to join our expanding team.
Ideally you will have experience within a sales based role, this will enable you to succeed and begin earning commission quickly.
Find My Staff was established in 2021, since then we have branched out to many sectors such as Industrial, Commercial, Hospitality, Events and Security - we now supply many companies nationwide.
Our working hours are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, this is a 360 consultant wage with no threshold and an uncapped commission structure. Our consultants are rewarded for hard work with 20% commission - this is highly competitive!
Your duties will include:

Speaking to clients/ candidates on the phone

Attending meetings

Writing job ads on various job boards

Using various recruitment tools and platforms to attract qualified candidates, including social media and job boards

Phoning/ attending sites to generate new business

Ensuring workers have the correct right to work documents

Building up new client bases

Building strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide exceptional customer service
