Salary: £24,500 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract, until March 2025
Additional Information: A valid license and access to a vehicle required. Generally working Monday to Friday, between the hours of 08:00 - 17:00

Role: Targeted Support Worker
Responsibilities:
Conduct needs assessments of at-risk and vulnerable tenants.
Provide and coordinate effective support, advice, and assistance to tenants to ensure they can maintain their tenancies.
Support tenants to access support, care, and health services.
Maintain regular contact with tenants, implement support plans, and undertake appropriate support actions.
Provide case studies and reports on outcomes within the service.
Qualifications / Requirements:
A valid UK driving license and access to own vehicle (business insurance required for travel).
Experience working with vulnerable adults with complex needs and/or challenging behaviours.
