HR Administrator (12 Months, Hybrid)

£16 per hour (Umbrella)
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated HR Administrator on behalf of our client. You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding all HR-related queries.
The ideal candidate will be an organised and reliable professional who can handle various administrative tasks in a dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will:
Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries
Assist with the administration of HR-related documentation
Provide clerical support to the HR department
Ensure the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date employee records
Support the HR team with recruitment, organising interviews, boarding, and training processes
Updating payroll spreadsheet with bonus payments
Ensure all HR database Onehr/SAP information is regularly updated, with all changes and amendments.
The ideal candidate will:
Have proven experience in an HR administrative / recruitment administration experience in a busy environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
Be proficient using HR software and MS packages
Have the ability to multi-task with a range of relatively complex support/administration activities
Patience and courtesy to provide an initial contact point for all HR queries
