We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Post-Sales IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing IT-related post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our global support centre.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse customer needs and recommend solutions that address their IT and business requirements.
Assist with software installations for customers.
Respond to and assist with customer calls and emails, raising, tracking, and resolving support incidents.
Resolve licence/serial number-related issues and analyse hardware and software applications to identify and resolve issues.
Report bugs to the Development Team according to current procedures.
Undertake testing of bug fixes and pre-release versions of the software, providing feedback in accordance with current procedures.Requirements:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
Availability to work from home, with mandatory office presence 2 days a month in Farringdon, London.Why Join Us?
