We are pleased to assist our valued client with their role of Centre Administrator.
Near to City Centre of Coventry (free car park). Holiday 20 days plus 8 bank holidays.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 08.00 - 17.00 (60 minutes break).
Nest pension.
This is a varied role and requires a person with superior interpersonal skills on the phone and face to face, computer literate Word, Outlook, Basic Excel, CRM systems and Sage for processing invoices.
- Working closely with Office Manager
- Telephone facto face contact with customers
- Maintaining up to date course booking records
- Booking and invoicing for courses
- Credit Control
- Ordering and maintaining stock
- Assessment invigilation
- Maintain documentation
- Filing and printing, prepare paperwork and send accordingly
Min 2-3 years office admin experience
